Nationality / Citizenship: Candidate must be :
# A citizen of India, or
# A subject of Nepal, or
# A subject of Bhutan.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 23 years.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise upper age limit relaxations are as mentioned below.

(ii) Players represented a State/UT in the Senior or Junior level National championship Or
(iii) Players represented a University in an Inter-University competition. Or
(iv) Players represented the State Schools in the National Sports/Games for Schools. Or
(v) Players awarded National Award in physical efficiency under National physical efficiency Drive.
